What are the limits of the free plan?

The sole limit while you are on the free plan is that you can only access the first 25 feedback submissions. That's it! Other than that every feature is available to you on the free plan, including unlimited team members, user identification, localisation, etc.

Once you hit the limit, you are free to upgrade to the paid plan or not. There is no credit card requirement during sign up, nor is there any time limit on the free plan. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can stop using the widget at any point.
